Elias Valdivia has been working for LGC for 5 years. He started as an associate in 2011, after 6 months he was promoted to staffing manager. He worked up to become a senior manager in 2014. Then in 2015 he attained the position of Assistant Branch Manager. Elias is responsible for recruiting for the kitchen staff of numerous hotels and venues around Indianapolis.
He has gained 11 years of work experience in the hospitality industry, in prestigious hotels such as Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, UT; JW Marriott in Indianapolis, IN; and Louisville Marriott in Louisville, KY.

She then moved back home to Milwaukee to open a new branch of LGC as the Branch Manager. LGC’s Milwaukee office has been open as of September 5th, 2017.

Joel has a diverse background in hospitality working in fine dining in his early years, a bartender and host throughout college and a restaurant manager later in his work history. He also helped open several hotels in the Milwaukee area and has maintained his passion for the hospitality scene ever since. Joel graduated from UW-Whitewater in 2004 with a degree in Organizational Communications and a minor in Business Law. In his spare time, he likes to play volleyball, go camping and spend a lot of time with his pup Lady. Joel is currently working as a Sales and Recruiting Specialist in the Milwaukee area. “I love to do sales in an area where I have firsthand knowledge. It makes my job so much more enjoyable, and I love what I do”.
