Vivian Frietze Staffing Manager

San Antonio

Vivian is a native from Brownsville Texas, currently residing in San Antonio Texas, since 2009. She started her career as a Customer Service Representative for a major retail chain where she lead in revenue/sales. Shortly after was promoted to Store Manager overseeing operations and staff development. 5 years later Vivian branched out to the finance industry, where she gained experience in clients relations. Vivian, enjoys the local San Antonio activities that take place throughout the year. As a LGC Staffing Manager for the San Antonio office her, commitment is to ensure a positive experience for both client and candidates by going above and beyond expectations.

Ruby Rodriguez Staffing Manager

San Antonio

Ruby has 15 years of management experience and joined LGC as a Senior Staffing Manager in 2019. She began her career with a major retail brand as a Sales Manager and within a few months advanced to Collections Manager. She was later promoted to a General Manager and lead a team of 8 to become the first store in San Antonio to gross over 1 million in sales in a 7-month time frame. She made a change, joining the finance industry as Branch Manager overseeing operations where she ranked #1 in the company for sales and collections over consecutive months. Ruby has worked in all facets of the business including training and developing, but most importantly customer service. She has been very successful in achieving top rankings due to her hard work and dedication. She is a strong believer in the saying “ hard work pays off! ”.

Tena Saulny Area Manager

Austin, Houston, San Antonio

Tena graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a BA in Business Management. Started her sales/marketing career with Proctor and Gamble as a Major Accounts Project Manager for their Gillette division. She joined the LGC team in June 2017 as an Assistant Staffing Manager, driving the growth of operations and business development. After a few months of aggressively growing business in Houston she was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in September 2017. In January 2018 as a Branch Manager, she was presented with the Presidents Club award for excellence. She has continued to develop a strong Houston team and was most recently promoted to Area Manager in July 2019, taking the San Antonio office under her area.
