Ana Salvador Staffing Manager

Houston

Ana joined the Houston LGC team in June of 2019 as a Bilingual Assistant Staffing Manager and has quickly picked up Sales and Recruiting. She has a degree in Juvenile Justice System/Criminal Law and has studied Human Resources. Ana comes with 6 years of staffing experience in the food and beverage industry specializing in large sporting venues such as Minute Maid Park, NRG Stadium and traveling to many University campuses in the State of Texas. Her background as a Human Resource Specialist with attention to hiring and employee management as well as her knowledge with HR Systems, makes her a key addition to the Houston Team. Ana now holds the role of a Staffing Manager and manages client sales, backgrounds, recruiting, and hiring for the Houston Branch.

Afreen Hussaini Staffing Manager

Houston

Afreen started her working with LGC in September 2019 as a Staffing Manager. She is currently pursuing a Bachelors’s degree in Psychology and Communications. She started her career path in retail as a Store Manager and further enhanced her Customer service experience in staffing and development. From growing up in Detroit, MI and relocating to Houston Afreen has learned to adapt to any various challenging fields. Afreen is very eager to grow and develop with her Houston team.

Tena Saulny Area Manager

Houston, San Antonio

Tena graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a BA in Business Management. Started her sales/marketing career with Proctor and Gamble as a Major Accounts Project Manager for their Gillette division. She joined the LGC team in June 2017 as an Assistant Staffing Manager, driving the growth of operations and business development. After a few months of aggressively growing business in Houston she was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in September 2017. In January 2018 as a Branch Manager, she was presented with the Presidents Club award for excellence. She has continued to develop a strong Houston team and was most recently promoted to Area Manager in July 2019, taking the San Antonio office under her area.

Erum Hussain Senior Area Staffing Manager

Houston

Erum started her career at LGC as an Assistant Staffing Manager in January 2018, with her experience in recruiting and sales as a Retail Manager, she was quickly promoted to a Staffing Manager role. Erum’s drive and tenacity to grow along with her implementations on a compliance level led to her promotion as Senior Area Staffing Manager for Texas and Offices Nationwide. Erum has a Masters in Human Resources Management and has been instrumental in driving growth and development of the Houston Branch. Her background as a Full Desk Recruiter gives her an insight into new sales and screening techniques, and her degree and attention to detail has her in charge of all the compliance for the Houston Office. She will be assisting in the training and development of new managers in the Texas markets and traveling to other offices on the LGC Now app, Workbright compliance, recruiting, sales and all general operations.

Gabrielle Carter Branch Manager

Houston

Gabrielle started her journey with LGC as an Assistant Staffing Manager then shortly after that moved into the Staffing Manager position . In 2019 Gabrielle was promoted to the Branch Manager overseeing Houston operations . Gabrielle brings almost a decade of experience staffing and management experience within the food service and hospitality industry specifically. In 2011, Gabrielle obtained a certification in Human Resources management and is currently a student at The University of Houston- Downtown pursuing her Bachelors degree in Management. As a Human Resources Manager she staffed major events including the Super Bowl, 2017 World Series Houston Astros championship, large Houston golf tournaments and various sold out concerts within a stadium setting . Gabrielle has a passion for the industry. She is eager to help continue the growth and build continued relationships with her peers, staff and clients.
