Tena Saulny Branch Manager


Tena graduated from Stephen F. Austin University with a BA in Business Management. Started her hospitality career as a bartender and server for a local mom n pop country restaurant. She began her sales/marketing career with Proctor and Gamble as a project manager for their Gillette division. She joined the LGC team in June 2017 as an Assistant Staffing Manager and brings with her years of operations management and business development experience solely in the Houston area. After a few months of aggressively growing business in Houston and securing current business relationships, she was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in September 2017.

Tara Masslon Area Manager

Denver, Houston

Through her commitment to both clients and candidates, Tara has been able to build strong relationships that continue to grow throughout her markets. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Tara earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Missouri – Columbia with an emphasis in special events. After college, she started her career as a wedding planner in the Columbia, Missouri area. She gained invaluable customer service skills and learned to work in high pressure environments. After deciding to move from Columbia back to St. Louis, she started with LGC in June of 2013. She has quickly proved to be an asset as she has been promoted several times and is now the Area Manager over Denver and Houston. She currently resides in Denver, Colorado and loves the fast-paced environment that the hospitality industry brings and she is willing to accept any challenge thrown her way. Erum Hussain Staffing Manager


Erum has been a part of the LGC Houston office since January of 2018. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Psychology and Business. She started her career as a Store manager in retail and moved on to an experienced Full- Desk Recruiter. Here she gained valuable recruiting and sales experience. Erum has recently graduated with her master’s degree in human resources management and is passionate about employee relations and development. She thrives on meeting client’s expectations with the perfect candidate and is excited to use her degree as she continues to grow within the company.

Gabrielle Carter Staffing Manager


Gabrielle started her journey with LGC in March of 2018 and comes with over 5 years’ experience in the food service and hospitality industry. Most of her years were spent behind the scenes as a staffing and Human Resources manager. She has assisted in staffing major events including the Super Bowl, 2017 World Series Houston Astros champions, Houston area golf tournaments and various sold out concerts. In 2011, Gabrielle obtained a certification in Human Resources management and is currently a student at The University of Houston- Downtown pursuing her bachelor’s in management. Gabrielle is a native Houstonian and enjoys local activities like the Houston livestock show and rodeo, Texans and Rockets games, and the renaissance festival.  She is very excited to continue to grow within the company and to assist clients in the Houston area find reliable staff!
