Lupita Garcia Branch Manager


Lupita started working for the Denver office in January of 2017 as the Office Administrative Manager. Previously she worked as a receptionist with an Auto Collision Center. With her administrative experience she quickly moved up in the ranks and became a staffing manger in May of 2017. Since then she has really grown to love her employees and really enjoys assisting her clients with all of their needs which has promoted herself to become the Branch Manager for the Denver office. She is excited for this new opportunity and to help the clients in Denver attain quality staff. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and Chow Chow puppy Rory.

Tara Masslon Area Manager

Austin, Denver

Through her commitment to both clients and candidates, Tara has been able to build strong relationships that continue to grow throughout her markets. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Tara earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management at the University of Missouri – Columbia with an emphasis in special events. After college, she started her career as a wedding planner in the Columbia, Missouri area. She gained invaluable customer service skills and learned to work in high pressure environments. After deciding to move from Columbia back to St. Louis, she started with LGC in June of 2013. She has quickly proved to be an asset as she has been promoted several times and is now the Area Manager over Denver and Houston. She currently resides in Denver, Colorado and loves the fast-paced environment that the hospitality industry brings and she is willing to accept any challenge thrown her way. Hailey Rooney National Staffing Manager


Hailey Rooney graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. After school, she moved back to Denver and began her career with LGC. She started as an Assistant Staffing Manager and quickly moved up the ranks with her dedication and drive for success. She has traveled to many offices within the company assisting them with whatever needs they may have, and has even helped in coordinating the staffing of several golf tournaments as well as Super Bowl LI. She has recently taken over the Denver Branch and is looking forward to building a bigger client base and spreading the LGC Brand throughout the Denver Metro Area! Jeniece Linan Traveling Staffing Manager


Jeniece graduated from Metropolitan State University in Denver with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. She started her career as the Office Manager for the Denver Office and has worked her way up to become a Staffing Manager. She has proven to be a very valuable resource as she really takes dedicated time to place qualified candidates for any position that is thrown her way. When she is not at work she can be found spending time with her two dogs in the mountains.

Marisol Garcia Office Administrative Manager


Marisol began her career at LGC in the fall of 2016 as a payroll clerk. Prior to her career at LGC, Marisol previously worked for a non-profit organization, Indiana Latino Coalition Against Domestic & Sexual Violence, Inc., as their Latino Affairs Liaison. Where she gained experience in partnerships, organizing events, and public speaking. Since working at LGC, Marisol has found her true passion and is determined to continue her education and growth alongside LGC.

Alicia Black Staffing Manager


Alicia began her career with LGC in October of 2018. She came from a hospitality background including catering, restaurants and banquets. She started as an Assistant Staffing Manager and moved up the ranks to staffing manager in just six months. She has quickly become a star in the Denver office with her attention to detail and knack for operations. She looks forward to meeting more clients and helping the Denver market grow. One day she hopes to travel around to different offices to help with big events.
