We’re rooted in hospitality; but through our staffing divisions, we also service industries such as retail, warehousing, merchandising, concessions, special events, facilities, environmental, and more.

Which staffing service is right for you?

LGC has two main staffing services available to our workforce: temporary and permanent placements. Temporary placements are assignments that may be one day, one week, or one month – it all depends on what the client needs. Because of the shift variety, you can work as much or as little as you want. Permanent placements, also known as direct hire, connects you with an employer who wants to grow their team on a permanent basis. Falling in between both solutions is our temp-to-hire option. Temp-to-hire allows you to make sure a possible employer meets your standards before accepting a permanent position. If it doesn’t work out, you can move on to the next assignment.

Does LGC drug test?
LGC drug tests candidates if they will be working for a client that requires it. Some clients opt not to make this a requirement.
Does LGC pay weekly?
Yes, LGC issues paychecks every Friday. In order to be paid on Friday, you need to have worked during the appropriate pay period. For example, to receive a paycheck on Friday 3/24, you’ll need to have worked between Monday 3/13 and Sunday 3/19.
How much does LGC pay?
Pay rates vary depending on client and location. Because we have offices nationwide and work with a diverse client pool, shifts can have different pay rates. Entry level/low experience positions can be paid minimum wage, and other positions that are in-demand or require a higher skill set can pay over $20/hour. There are other factors that impact pay rates such as client type, location, and venue.
How much can I work? (Or not work?)
As a temporary employee, there are different types of assignments you can accept. Some are for one day; others span a couple of weeks. The goal is for you to work as much or as little as you want. For permanent placement candidates, the schedule is determined by your prospective employer which you’ll agree to before accepting the position.
