Erin Newland Branch Manager


Erin graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. She started her career with LGC as an Assistant Staffing Manager while living in Denver, and worked her way up to a Senior Staffing Manager before moving to Minneapolis to assist in that office over the summer of 2017. She then moved back home to Milwaukee to open a new branch of LGC as the Branch Manager. LGC’s Milwaukee office has been open as of September 5th, 2017.

Erin Dalton Vice President of the Central United States

Ann Arbor, Chicago, Detroit, Milwaukee, Minneapolis

Erin has a very strong background in the hospitality industry with 10+ years of experience in both hotels and restaurants. Her experience has helped her move quickly through the ranks at LGC, as she is able to relate to the staff and place the most qualified candidate on each open job order. Erin graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. Throughout her college years, she worked at Texas Roadhouse as a server, bartender, and administrative assistant. Shortly after graduation, she obtained a position at a private hotel at the University of Michigan where she gained experience working as a front desk agent. In her 4 years at LGC, she has been promoted numerous times and currently holds the title of Vice President of the Central United States.

Joel Wiegand Sales and Recruiting Specialist


Joel has a diverse background in hospitality working in fine dining in his early years, a bartender and host throughout college and a restaurant manager later in his work history.  He also helped open several hotels in the Milwaukee area and has maintained his passion for the hospitality scene ever since.  Joel graduated from UW-Whitewater in 2004 with a degree in Organizational Communications and a minor in Business Law.  In his spare time, he likes to play volleyball, go camping and spend a lot of time with his pup Lady.  Joel is currently working as a Sales and Recruiting Specialist in the Milwaukee area.  “I love to do sales in an area where I have firsthand knowledge.  It makes my job so much more enjoyable, and I love what I do”.

Karianne Voight Staffing Manager


Karianne Voight was raised in East Troy, WI and has recently moved to the Milwaukee area.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies with a minor in Biology from Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI, in 2017.  Karianne has a wide variety of hospitality experience, ranging from retail to restaurants, totaling 11 years.  She first started in the hospitality business as the VIP Team Leader at the famous Alpine Valley Music Theatre in her hometown at 17.  Karianne first started working for LGC Hospitality as a temp in September 2017 before she was offered the position as Assistant Staffing Manager in June 2018 and was recently promoted to Staffing Manager in November 2018.  Karianne has a great passion for her employees, as well as a strong attention to detail, and enjoys maintaining relationships with clients to make sure all their needs are met.  She had the opportunity to go to Europe during college to study places of the Holocaust and interned at the Holocaust Education Resource Center in Milwaukee, WI, where she gained experience in event planning, public speaking, strong communication skills, and networking.  In her spare time, she attends interfaith events around the Greater Milwaukee area, enjoys going to movies and concerts, and spending time with her very active niece and nephews.
