Matthew Bodnar Sales & Account Representative

Matt Bodnar is the sales and account rep for LGC Hospitality in the Philadelphia area. He earned a degree from The Pennsylvania State University, receiving minors in Business and Liberal Arts and a B.S. is Recreation, Parks and Tourism Management.

He grew up in Northern NJ, and is a transplant from the New York area, having moved to Philly in January of 2018. Looking to get away from the bad hours and frustrations that come along with working in the operation side of Hospitality, he wanted to get a fresh start doing something new and found a home with LGC.

He has experience managing events (both land-based and on yachts), hotel F&B, premium services in an arena environment, and have extensive knowledge of catering and banquets. He is somewhat of a foodie, and has a passion for Food & Beverage, but his leisure time is very important to him, which is why he transitioned into sales/account management.

Long-term, his goal is to eventually run his own shop. He would love to be his own boss and start a profitable business that he can be passionate about each and every day. He has enjoyed his time with LGC thus far and is very appreciative of the opportunity to learn how to develop business. He looks forward to seeing what comes next.
