Chad Harrison Branch Manager


Chad began his hospitality career 18 years ago working on the line in Louisville’s unique independent restaurant scene when he was 18 years old.  He attended Sullivan University in Louisville to begin formal culinary arts training, armed with his education and experience he moved to Columbus, OH and trained at Lindey’s in German Village before moving on to executive chef positions at two Top 10 restaurants there in Columbus.  Once returning to Louisville in 2008, as Executive Chef Chad managed 2 high volume brew pubs and held positions of Assistant F&B Director for a full service hotel, Executive Chef for a tour catering company for country music’s biggest stars and assistant banquet manager at the convention center of his hometown.  Since joining LGC in 2011 Chad has gone above and beyond for his clients bringing his vast hospitality experience to everything he touches.  He works with each and every client to ensure their guests have an amazing experience!

Mackenzie Koppel Assistant Branch Manager


Mackenzie first came to LGC as a permanent placement candidate in Spring 2016 and has moved through the ranks quickly to her current position.   Mackenzie can perform most any jobs asked of our candidates and is routinely requested to be on-site as a Captain.  Her patience and problem-solving skills are a huge asset to the company.  In her downtime Mackenzie enjoys trips out to the Rockies, taking her Australian Shepherd Benny to the park, and enjoying time with her friends and family.
