Jennifer Sukup Area ManagerDes Moines, St. Louis
Jennifer is the Area Manager of our St. Louis and Des Moines offices. She has 3 ½ years with LGC and over 7 years of staffing experience. With a strong background in the Hospitality and Customer Service Industry, Jennifer knows not only how to find talent but also how to build a lasting partnership with her clients, through honesty and diligence in her efforts. Jennifer studied Psychology at Southwestern Illinois University and unknowingly launched her career as a recruiter when she became an independent Insurance Agent having to build her own team of professionals. This lead to a strong interest in the field of sales and recruitment and has been her focus since 2008. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family of six and cheering on her favorite baseball team, The St. Louis Cardinals.

Amy Largent Senior Staffing ManagerDes Moines
Amy Largent was born and raised in Pittsburg, KS. She attended Pittsburg State University, Graduating with a Business Degree. After completing her schooling, she began her career with Nike, and spent 10 years with that company. Amy was hired on with LGC in May of 2018 upon relocation to Des Moines. She was immediately promoted to Staffing Manager, and soon after, Senior Staffing Manger. Outside of work, Amy enjoys traveling, concerts, hiking and spending time her cat, Juno.

Nathan Murphy Account RepresentativeDes Moines, Kansas City, Wichita
Nathan Murphy was born in Fort Scott, KS and was raised in Southeast, KS. He attended Labette Community College where he received his Associates Degree in Business Administration and Recreation and Leisure. Nathan worked ten years with individuals with disabilities before relocating to Kansas City. He was hired by LGC as an Assistant Staff Manager at the end of 2017 and was successfully promoted to Staffing Manager. After 5 months Nathan was promoted to Account Representative for Kansas City, Des Moines, and Wichita. Nathan enjoys spending his free-time with his two children and taking classes Pitt State University for his Bachelor’s in Workforce Development with an emphasis in HR.
