Courtney Hunter Branch Manager


Courtney began his office career with LGC in 2012 with the Columbus Ohio team, then spent 3 years based in the Cincinnati branch. He is thrilled to now be heading up the Dayton office!

With 15+ years of events management experience, LGC gives Courtney the opportunity to combine his expertise in the Hopsitality industry with his passion for guiding people to their dream job.

Originally from Atlanta, he is a DIEHARD Falcons fan. He pulls for his team with the same passion he shows for staffing the best employees around for our clients!

Brittany Sullivan Regional Director & Member


Brittany was born in raised in the small college town of Oxford, Ohio. She earned her B.A. in Theatre Arts from Northern Kentucky University, and it was during college that she got hooked on the hospitality industry. Prior to joining LGC in 2011, she worked as the Events Director for a highly respected independent restaurant group in the Greater Cincinnati area. Brittany realized instantly that LGC is where she belongs because the work here gives her the opportunity to provide opportunities for success for her clients, candidates, and internal managers. When Brittany is not busy making sure Dayton’s events are going perfectly, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, husband, and dogs. She loves playing music trivia and cheering on her Cincinnati sports teams. Who Dey!

Jeremy Rose Compliance Manager


Jeremy began his career with LGC in 2017 as a Staffing Manager in the Lexington branch. Over the next several months he quickly worked his way up to Branch Manager within that office. He did this with a steadfast dedication to getting the job accomplished, a keen eye for talent, and focusing client and candidate relations.

In July of 2018 the LGC Dayton leadership team knew that Jeremy’s skill-set was the much needed final piece to this new and exciting team, so they offered him an opportunity to transfer cities and join the Dayton operation.  Jeremy has tackled this new position with the same dedication and heart that he showed previously and it can be clearly seen in the results!

 Jeremy looks towards the future and looks forward to working with LGC for a long time. With the systems in place, there is truly nothing that this company cannot accomplish. “Team LGC ride or die!”
