Jamie Horning Regional Director & Member

Cleveland, Corporate, Seattle

Jaime started her career with LGC in September of 2006; currently, she is the Regional manager & member for Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Lexington KY & Portland, OR. She graduated College at Portland State University in Oregon with a double major in Business and Communication with a Hospitality minor. Jaime has opened all of her offices from ground level and is looking forward to opening Seattle in 2017. She knew immediately that LGC Associates was where she wanted to be because of growth potential, work environment and being specialized in the Hospitality field. Her success at LGC has been because of her drive, compassion and desire to be successful but mostly because of love of the Candidates and the Clients.

Terra Gallagher Area Manager

Cleveland, Columbus

Terra began working with LGC in December of 2014 as a staffing manager in the Columbus branch, and quickly found herself dedicated to building and improving quality relationships between LGC, the clients they service and the candidates they work with.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix while living abroad in Germany.  Her education and passion for people supported her success at LGC, where she was promoted to Branch Manager just 7 months after she started.  Terra’s time in the military aided in her ability to be an effective leader, and one of the most important aspects of her position with LGC is training staffing managers to a level that makes them invaluable to the company.  Originally being from Oregon, living the Ohio State Buckeye lifestyle has been quite the adjustment, but she has been able to set aside her Oregon Duck pride and learn to enjoy what Ohio has to offer!
