Crystal Huston Recruitment Supervisor

Recruitment

Crystal started working for LGC Hospitality in the St. Louis branch. She began as an Assistant Staffing Manager in March 2015 before relocating to the Indianapolis office. From there, she transferred to the call center and was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor. Crystal earned her Associate’s Degree in Business Management at Sanford Brown College. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys working outdoors and spending the weekend on the boat with her family and 3 dogs.

Angelica Twigg Senior Recruitment Specialist

Angelica was born in the small town of Bluffton, IN. Five short years later she moved to Indianapolis where she was raised! She attended Indiana State University, where she studied Health Science. She started with LGC in May of 2017 as a Call Center Representative. She has transitioned into a full-time recruiter for 5 of our local branches! She has 6+ years of customer service experience and 3+ years working in the Hospitality industry! In her free time, she coaches Varsity Softball at Lawrence Central High school, spends time with her 1-year old Phoenix and boyfriend Ian, and shoots Darts competitively!

Brooke Smith Recruitment Specialist

Brooke began her career in the staffing industry when she joined LGC in March of 2018 working in our Recruitment Center. She has worked in various Hospitality positions for over 10 years and is excited to use her personal experiences to help place qualified candidates. At 15, she began working at her family’s restaurant in Quincy, IL and quickly learned the ropes of running a successful restaurant. She has a true passion for meeting and helping new people every day. Along with an education in Business Management, she is also a certified dog trainer who enjoys teaching classes on evenings and weekends. When not working, she enjoys painting, writing, and spending time with her husband and 2 dogs, Felix and Friday.

Christopher Dupire Recruitment Specialist

Chris started working at LGC as a Customer Service Representative in November of 2016. In 2018 Chris took on a sales position, but he went back to doing what he is passionate about; recruiting talent for LGC. Before LGC he gained eleven years of experience in retail sales and collections as well as eleven years of experience in food service. Chris earned an Associate of Arts Degree from Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, CA as well as an Associate of Science Degree in Human Resources from Harrison College in Lafayette, IN. Currently he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources from WGU. When not working Chris enjoys playing video games, traveling with his wife and two children, watching sci-fi shows, and is a severe weather fanatic.

Kelley Johnson Corporate Recruiter

Recruitment

Kelley started with LGC in June 2017 as a Customer Service Representative. After several months, she started assisting with internal recruiting before completely transitioning into the role of Corporate Recruiter at the beginning of 2018. Her roots in the hospitality industry reach all the way back to when she was 16 years old doing prep for a local pizza joint in her hometown of New Baden, Illinois. After that, she worked as a server and bartender for Applebee’s and several local Indianapolis country clubs. She received her bachelor’s degree in theatre from Ball State University, and she has two part-time jobs in that field: teaching at a children’s theatre and house managing for one community theatre and two professional theatres. In what little free time she has, she enjoys playing video games and lounging at home with her boyfriend, Sean, and her two cats, Daenerys Targaryen and Jinora. She is eager to continue growing with LGC!

Lesley Hendrickson Recruitment Specialist

Lesley started with LGC in September of 2017. She has worked in the hospitality industry for over 11 years. She started out as a server at Steak ‘n Shake then served and bartended at Red Lobster. She eventually worked her way up to Service Manager. During her time as Service Manager, she pushed her restaurant to receive the best Guest Satisfaction scores for her Division, while pushing sales for the company. She loved training and developing new crew members!

She is currently a member of the Recruitment Center at LGC and she is so happy she decided to work at such a wonderful company with remarkable people! She is friendly and teamwork orientated– determined to move up and learn as many things as she can to help grow LGC and herself! She is an Indy girl, born and raised. She has 2 pets that she adores (Ori and Sawyer), loves kitschy décor, enjoys riding her bike, and camping and hiking! Her favorite color is Glitter.

Melissa Sears Miller Recruitment Specialist

Melissa joined LGC Indianapolis in January of 2018, where she works in the recruitment call center. Prior to LGC, Melissa spent 10 years traveling around the country working in the restaurant industry, where she developed amazing customer service skills. She spent her last few years working in Management and is happy it has brought her to LGC today. She enjoys traveling and spending her free time with her dog, Obi. Melissa is very dedicated to LGC and can’t wait to see what it will bring for her future.
