LGC NOW is excited to announce our partnership with Shiftgig, a workforce technology company headquartered in Chicago. With Shiftgig’s decision to focus solely on their flagship software, they will transition 12 markets to LGC Hospitality, with us taking on their workers and book of business. Additionally, we’ll begin using Shiftgig’s software, Deploy, to manage our staffing operations.
Founded in 2003, LGC has 33 locations across the country and continues to expand. We pride ourselves on offering our clients the support and resources they need to exceed customer expectations, grow their business, and manage costs. For job seekers looking for hospitality jobs and flexible employment, LGC provides temporary, temporary-to-hire, and career options at a variety of venues.

Currently LGC operates in 9 of 12 markets transitioned from Shiftgig. We’re happy to be opening three new offices in Dallas, New Orleans, and Miami in the next few weeks to help grow our business. For now, standard operating procedures are in effect with current clients and workers. In the coming months, we’ll be sharing new information about the integration of Deploy and how it will affect our operations. We’re looking forward to leveraging this software to further maintain our spot as the leading hospitality company in the United States.
